Our lawyers, who have a cumulative of over 20 years’ experience in the Firm’s practice areas, are engaged in, and issue advice to both Nigerian and foreign clienteles on all aspects of business and commercial law. The Firm also carries on legal services for both public and private companies, corporate investors and international consultancy firms; amongst others. Members of the firm are frequently called upon to serve as resource persons at local and international seminars, and workshops in our various areas of expertise.

A. Afadameh

With 10 years post-call experience, Amah leads the Dispute Resolution as well as the Employment Law Practice Group. As a seasoned Attorney with a penchant for litigation, Amah has represented IOCs from his time as a new wig until he became Head of Chambers at the Law Firm, Siji Soetan & Co. Over the years, he has garnered experience in Securities and NDPR compliance.

He holds an LL.M in Labour and Employment Law and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).

E. Ehidiamen

Ehidiamen heads the Tax Advisory and Technology Practice Group. He is also well versed on Company Secretarial Advisory and Regulatory Compliance given his earlier experience and Company Secretary for an indigenous Oil and Gas Company.

Since his call to the Nigerian Bar in 2010, Ehidiamen has undertaken several roles advising corporates and non-profits on regulatory Compliance. Ehidiamen holds an LL.M in International Trade Law. He is a member of the Nigerian bar Association (NBA) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
